The Shadow Upon The Holm
A downloadable game
Following the sudden disappearance of your colleague Dr Edward Graves and upon finding a letter in his ransacked office, you hurry to Rutherford Holm to catch up with him.
But all is not as it seems on this holm. Named after its owner, Thaddeus Rutherford, this holm has been shunned by locals for years amidst rumours of secret meetings and unholy deeds by Thaddeus and his Church of the Setting Sun and is rumoured to be protected from outsiders by a mysterious entity....
The Shadow Upon The Holm is a short, atmospheric horror game where the player must investigate Rutherford Holm to find their missing colleague and avoid an unwelcome fate. Inspired by the stories of H.P. Lovecraft and games such as Slender, Amnesia and Penumbra.
Controls are on an instruction screen in-game.

This was really great! I do a series where I play a random mix of horror games from here, and it stands out when one has some genuine effort behind it.
It looks really nice, the lighting is very good, the story is creepy and effective, and it's spooky. Ending is a bit abrupt, but I liked the Lovecrafty angle to the whole thing.
Definitely check it out! (And here's a video on it, too!)
Oh my god
Nobody play this game ?
It's had 28 downloads so far so I am hoping at least one person has played it! Have you played it?
